As a former professional dancer and mother of two, I understand the frustrations of weight loss and body issues. I have struggled in regards to keeping a tight, toned body for both my career and postpartum. I know that accountability is a key factor in maintaining a fitness regimen, and that is why I have designed this site. I truly have a passion for helping people feel their best, and I want to help you stay on track in your fitness journey.

I started training with Teresa in February for my October wedding. I already feel so much prouder of my body and would be happy to start my dress fittings early:) Teresa pushes super hard, but is funny and makes the hour go by fast! I like that it's different EVERY time we go in. Some days are our favorite, Pilates Reformer & Cadillac, other days are circuits, or hour long different exercises. I've tried equipment I didn't know existed, and now am super familiar with kettlebells, resistance bands, BOSU and weighted medicine balls. It's also nice to have a trainer that is a former professional dancer and understands how to train current dancers so get stronger, not injured. If you are serious about your fitness, get in with Teresa!
Teresa is an amazing trainer. I started with her in February and in the short 5 months have made incredible progress with my body. Teresa will listen to your goals and truly help you achieve them. Each session is going to challenge and push you just a little more than the session before. If you aren’t here to give it your all she’s not your gal. When I think I can’t go any further Teresa is there to push me to my limits. I am so thankful for her and all she has done for me! Can’t wait to see the progress in the future. Teresa does an amazing job of keeping each and every workout fresh and full of momentum. I am noticing changes in parts of my body that I wasn't even aware I was working. I would highly recommend training individually or in a group setting. Saturday morning Boot Camp is always a great way to kick off the weekend and I am so glad that my friends encouraged me to join them.
