Prenatal/POSTNATAL

This program is designed for pregnancy in all of it's stages. From pre-conception and conception to postpartum, I make sure you are fully prepared for the ride. Focus varies in each of the stages, however pelvic floor strengthening is the most targeted area throughout your regimen. This program is based on listened to your body and following any limitations specific to your needs, yet challenging you to keep a consistent exercise program that keeps you sweating and your endorphins releasing! All exercises are safe, and approved by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS: 2-3 TIMES/WEEK

WEIGHT LOSS

This program is designed for a complete body transformation. Measurements, weight, and body fat percentage are all taken in the beginning of your program and are monitored each month. Exercises start in conjunction with your fitness level and gradually increase in intensity. You WILL be challenged, however you WILL see results. Workouts are mostly functional, with the use of most modalities including Pilates, TRX, weights, cardio machines, etc. Circuits go at an even pace, heart rate is monitored throughout your workout. Expect to burn calories, and see a very favorable transformation.

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS: 3-4 TIMES/WEEK

CONDITIONING

This program is designed specifically for the professional athlete and implements multiple components  including endurance, coordination, balance, power, strength, speed and agility. All modalities are used in achieving the result of improved sports performance. Programming is meticulous and structured to each individual's skill set. 

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS: 3-4 TIMES/WEEK

STRENGTHENING/TONING

For the fitness enthusiast looking to "switch it up", this program is designed to challenge you and help you learn more about how to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously. You will also learn new exercises, be introduced to new equipment, and perhaps find a new love for heavy lifting. Challenging yet satisfying, this program is definitely going to yield results in regards to your body composition. I keep every workout true to form, reps, and also keep the atmosphere light and fun. You won't regret putting the work in.

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS: 2-3 TIMES/WEEK
